Quick access to high-quality, current online information is key for environmental science educators. With the Gale In Context interface, Environmental Studies is a useful tool.

Many of my students struggled with confidence and were not very engaged readers at the start of this school year. I definitely feel that I have been able to meet their needs becoming confident and fluent readers by using large print books.

The large print kind of tricked me into reading for a longer time because I felt like I was reading quicker than I actually was.

I felt accomplished with reading so many pages at once. One big thing for me was that I did not lose my spot or go a long time with only half reading.

I LOVE large print because I think it helps kids keep track spatially of where they are in reading. I think the visual benefits help students feel they can have the stamina to finish reading a page or chapter.
